Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes the privacy choices and website behavior currently verified on midan.ai. Product pages may describe planned or “Coming Soon” capabilities; their appearance does not mean those features are live or processing personal data. This notice will be updated if features with additional data flows are enabled.
1. Who we are and scope
Midan Technology Integration LLC operates under the Midan name in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
This notice covers the public Midan website and the Midan product when you use its account, workspace, payment, voice, or connected-service features. The information handled depends on which features you enable and use.
Depending on the data and applicable law, Midan may act as a controller for account, billing, security, and service-operation information. A business customer generally determines how it uses its customers’ information; Midan may process that information to provide the customer’s requested features under the applicable agreement.
2. Information we handle
- Account and business details, such as your name, email, phone number, organization details, and information needed for account or payout verification.
- Workspace content and customer information you choose to store or process in Midan, which may include contacts, conversations, files, products, orders, and service records.
- Information from connected services: calendar information from Google Calendar; advertising and campaign information from Google Ads; and analytics information through the Google Analytics product integration. The available data depends on the feature and permissions you authorize.
- Payment and payout information, such as transaction amount, currency, status, refunds, disputes, and provider references, shared through Stripe, Stripe Connect, PayPal, PayPal Connect, or Paymob depending on the payment route. The information Midan receives varies by provider and transaction.
- Voice input, related text, and generated voice output when you request an available voice feature that uses ElevenLabs. Technical and diagnostic information may include the request method and path, response status, and response time.
3. Public contact and demo forms
The contact and demo forms currently display a confirmation in your browser but do not send or store the name, email address, or message entered in them. To ensure a privacy request reaches Midan, use the email address in the Contact section below.
4. How we use current website information
We use information to provide and secure accounts and workspaces; operate requested features and integrations; process subscriptions, transactions, and payouts; respond to support requests; prevent fraud and misuse; troubleshoot and improve service reliability; and meet legal obligations. Connected-service data is used to provide the feature you selected and according to the permissions you grant.
5. Privacy choices and browser storage
- Essential storage is always on. Preferences, Analytics, and Marketing are off by default until you choose otherwise.
- The consent manager saves choices in browser local storage, not in a cookie. You can change or withdraw optional choices through Privacy Settings in the site footer, or clear the site’s browser storage.
- On the public marketing website, Analytics and Marketing choices currently record your preference only; no Google Analytics tracking tag, Meta Pixel, advertising tag, or analytics/marketing SDK is loaded. Google Analytics used through a connected product feature is separate from website tracking.
6. Product data, AI, payments and integrations
WhatsApp messaging may use Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. Google Calendar, Google Ads, and Google Analytics may receive or return data when you connect and use the relevant feature; the data available depends on the permissions shown during authorization. Payment processing and payout routes may use Stripe, Stripe Connect, PayPal, PayPal Connect, or Paymob. Voice features may use ElevenLabs when you request them. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy information.
When a feature uses an AI or voice service provider, the information needed to perform the feature—such as a prompt, selected content, voice input, or generated output—may be sent to that provider. We do not promise provider-specific training, storage, or deletion settings beyond the terms that apply to the relevant service.
7. Sharing and service providers
We share information with providers that help operate the service or a feature you request: Meta for WhatsApp Cloud API messaging; Google for Calendar, Ads, or Analytics connections; Stripe, Stripe Connect, PayPal, PayPal Connect, or Paymob for applicable payment routes; ElevenLabs for voice features; Google Fonts for public-site font delivery; and providers of hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, or support. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
The public marketing website currently does not send site activity to Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising measurement tools. This does not describe data processed through product integrations you choose to connect.
8. International processing
Midan and its providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant transfer requirements apply.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain each type of information for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described above, the account and Vault rules in the Terms, and applicable legal or accounting requirements. Operational logs and provider records may follow different retention schedules. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where appropriate, subject to legal obligations and unresolved disputes.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email privacy@midan.ai and include enough information for us to understand and verify your request. We may need to retain some records for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
11. Security
We use measures intended to protect information and limit access to people and providers who need it to operate the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security; contact us promptly if you believe an account or information has been compromised.
12. Children and minimum age
The Terms of Service state that account users must be at least 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to Midan, contact us using the address below.
13. Changes to this notice
We will update the date at the top of this page when this notice changes. We will communicate material changes where required by applicable law.
